Midnyte Reader's 2013 Horror Challenge

I have never been a horror reader but I think that this year is a great time to challenge myself by participating in this challenge hosted by Midnyte Reader.  I am going to keep things fairly simple and try to read at least 2 horror books (I did not see a rule about a specific minimum to participate).  For more specific rules, click here.  Who knows?  I might find a whole new genre to fall in love with!
